The Crayon Self-Portrait Library has been collecting artist's self-portraits made with wax crayon. All submissions are posted on this page with the intent of promoting the series and spark an interest for other artists to participate. There is not a deadline for contributing a drawing. Because this is a long-term, slow acquisition process, participants are being asked to consider their submission as a donation to the library. Works can be submitted via jpeg to the email below. Many contributors have handed their original work to me directly(if in the NYC vicinity) or mail to address below(please use regular post only). Please sign, date, and address on back of drawing(Pencil ONLY).
The signature is an agreement for reproduction
Guidelines:
14 x 17 inches, good quality paper
Wax-crayon ONLY!!. Any other medium(other than a transparent binding agent)will not be accepted
